If you find yourself banned from one of our game servers, the best course of action to take is to open a ban appeal in our Discord server. Navigate to the #create-ticket channel and open a ticket under the Ban Appeal category. 

Do not become disruptive within Discord or ping any staff members. Your ticket will be answered as soon as possible. If you post negatively about the community or complain about your ban, you may be banned from the Discord server.

If you find yourself banned from our Discord server, the best course of action to take is to send an email to us at support@alliant.games. In your message, be sure to include your Discord username, the reason for your ban, and why you wish to be unbanned from the server. We will respond to your message as soon as possible with our decision and next steps.
